About Us

At PCT Children’s Services, we believe that with the right care, every child has the power to become their best self. Through our Eastways home on the Norfolk coast, we provide nurturing, high-quality residential care for young people aged 8–18 facing emotional and behavioural challenges. Our approach is rooted in compassion, structure, and positive relationships. With tailored support, access to therapy and education, and a true sense of family, we help each child build the foundation for a healthier, more hopeful future.

Our Services

🏠 Residential Care

A 52-week home offering safe, personalised accommodation for children aged 8–18. Our Norfolk-based coastal home supports emotional security and a strong sense of belonging, with a warm, family-style environment supported by an emotionally available staff team.

👥 Specialist Support

We offer tailored care plans, group living to a maximum of 5 people plus 1-1 support if required and / or necessary. Access to in-house and external therapy is available by agreement, with a focus on trauma-informed care and behavioral needs.

📚 Education & Learning

We support school enrolment, EHCPs, and PEP plans. Young people receive daily learning encouragement, with homework help and access to our sister EBD schools, Novaturient & Ness Point, if needed.
